Become a member of the QRM Center by following the steps outlined in the tabs below:
You can join the QRM Center at a Basic membership or Expanded level. In addition to the basic membership benefits, the expanded level gives you the opportunity to work with students who will make multiple visits to your workplace over a four-month period investigating elements of your production process. Check here for more information on industry projects.
To join the Center, download and complete the form below. Please indicate if you want to join at the Basic or Expanded membership level. Make sure to include the names and contact information for two QRM representatives at your company. They will be our point of contact for future communication with the QRM Center.

Once we receive the form, it will be countersigned by QRM Center director Prof. Charlene Yauch and the dean of the School of Engineering to make your membership official.
As a new member you will receive a welcome letter and information material on the QRM Center. We also encourage you to get in touch with us to plan the next steps of your QRM journey (if you haven’t already done so).
