Mike Ketter

Mike is responsible for managing all operations departments including supply chain, production, fabrication, and maintenance.

Prior to his current role, Mike was Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing at Milwaukee Tool Corporation where his team was responsible for all sourcing activities related to the Hand Tools and Safety business unit.  He was also responsible for injection molding and aluminum purchasing across several additional business units.

Prior to Milwaukee Tool, he spent 14 years with Harley-Davidson Motor Company holding leadership roles in various areas including product development, supplier development, quality, continuous improvement, program management & motorcycle pricing.

Prior to Harley-Davidson, Mike held positions in operations at John Deere Dubuque Works.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, both obtained from UW-Madison.  He holds certificates in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Leadership from the University of Michigan and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
